November 2025 - Northern Ireland Heart Failure Nurses Forum Educational Meeting

From we started in 2023 we have been honoured to be invited along to attend this annual meeting and this year we shared information about our new peer to peer  initiative – “Welcome Home”.

The meeting is always well attended, and we thoroughly enjoy learning ourselves form the Health Care Professionals.

Topics this year included Heart Failure Management: A collaborative approach; Imaging;  The art of Social Prescribing; Research Round-up - What’s new in Heart Failure; Heart Failure Care in Northern Ireland – where are we heading; and Taking care of ourselves as Health care professionals; which was a reminder that we are all human and our Heart Failure Teams need to look after

themselves too.
