This year, we are spotlighting the crucial link between heart failure and connected conditions such as: Diabetes Kidney disease Obesity High blood pressure Interconnected conditions play a key role in the onset, progression, and management of heart failure and are integral to understanding the full impact of heart failure on patients’ lives.
